Author Guide

Welcome to the Journal of Digital Transformation and Technology Computer. This guide is designed to help authors prepare and submit their manuscripts for publication in the journal. Please read the instructions carefully to ensure that your submission meets the journal’s requirements.

1. Scope and Focus
The Journal of Digital Transformation and Technology Computer publishes original, high-quality research articles, reviews, case studies, and technical notes in the field of digital transformation and computer technology. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Digital Transformation Strategies

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Internet of Things (IoT) and Smart Systems

Cybersecurity and Data Privacy

Blockchain and Distributed Technologies

Big Data and Data Science Applications

Digital Business Models and Innovations

2. Submission Process
All manuscripts should be submitted through our online submission system. Manuscripts sent via email will not be accepted.

2.1. Preparing Your Manuscript
Manuscripts must be formatted according to the journal’s guidelines:

Text Formatting:

Manuscripts should be typed in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX format.

Use a clear and readable font such as Times New Roman, 12 pt, and double-spaced throughout.

Include a 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin on all sides.

Number all pages consecutively.

Title Page:
The title page should contain the following:

Title of the manuscript

Full names and affiliations of all authors

Corresponding author’s name, email address, and full mailing address

A brief abstract (150-250 words) that summarizes the main points of the manuscript, including the problem addressed, methodology, and key findings.

Abstract and Keywords:
Each manuscript must be accompanied by an abstract (150-250 words) summarizing the key points of the research. In addition, authors should provide 4-6 relevant keywords that describe the topic of the manuscript.

Main Text:
The manuscript should include the following sections:

Introduction: Contextualize the research problem and its significance in the field.

Literature Review: Provide an overview of the relevant literature, identifying gaps and how your research addresses these gaps.

Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques.

Results and Discussion: Present and analyze the findings, comparing them with existing research.

Conclusion: Summarize the key findings and their implications for the field.

Figures and Tables:
All figures and tables must be included within the manuscript and cited in the main text. Each figure and table should have a clear, concise caption. Ensure that figures and tables are high-quality and legible.

References:
The reference list must be formatted according to the APA Style 7th Edition. References should be listed alphabetically by the last name of the first author. Ensure that all cited references are included in the reference list and vice versa.

3. Ethics and Plagiarism

Authors are required to ensure that their manuscripts are free from plagiarism. All sources must be properly cited, and any reused content must be clearly referenced.

Manuscripts will undergo plagiarism screening through advanced tools like Turnitin or iThenticate before the review process.

Authors should follow the journal’s Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Screening policies, which can be found on our website.

4. Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its scientific merit, originality, methodology, clarity, and relevance to the field. Authors will receive feedback from reviewers and may be asked to make revisions before their manuscript can be accepted for publication.

5. Manuscript Revision

If revisions are requested, authors should address all comments from the reviewers in a point-by-point manner and resubmit the revised manuscript.

Authors should submit a response letter explaining how each reviewer’s comment was addressed in the revised manuscript.

6. Article Processing Charge (APC)
To support the open-access publication model, the journal may charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted for publication. Details about the APC will be provided upon acceptance of the manuscript. Waivers or discounts may be available in certain circumstances.

7. Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the copyright to their work but agree to license their article under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. This license allows others to share, remix, and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given and that the new works are licensed under identical terms.

Authors may reuse their work in other publications with proper citation and without seeking additional permissions, as long as the CC BY-NC-SA license is followed.

8. Final Acceptance and Publication
Once the manuscript has been accepted and finalized, the corresponding author will receive a proof of the article for final approval. The article will then be published in an upcoming issue of the Journal of Digital Transformation and Technology Computer. Authors will be notified once their article is available online.
